Micheal DeMers and his team were first class throughout our long arduous transaction. Long story short I cosigned with my parents to buy a house and when it was time they were reluctant to sell. My parents are penny pinchers who are very hard to work with and did everything they could to prolong or dissuade the sale. We finally sold our house due to Micheals perseverance and persistence to overcome adversity. I would highly recommend Michael as your home realtor! He made our moving process as smooth as possible & he explained every little process that was happening. He updated us with the process by emails, texts, & calls. Communication is key in selling/buying a home so with Michael, you will not have to wait to hear from him back hours later. He was also very patient with us when we were choosing a home to buy. We were quite picky on what we wanted in our next home but he found a home with everything on our list. Selling and buying a home is tough, but it has been just a trouble-free process thanks to Michael. I would recommend friends and families to him because he went above & beyond!
